JOB PROFILE:

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI based on business requirements, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
• Optimize and execute SQL queries to extract, filter, and manipulate data for use in reports and analysis.
• Assist in building and maintaining data models (tabular and multidimensional) using DAX and Power Query, performing necessary data transformations and custom calculations.
• Work with cross functional teams to gather and understand business intelligence needs, converting them into technical specifications for reporting solutions.
• Support the ETL process, assisting in data extraction, transformation, and loading using SSIS, ensuring data accuracy and availability for reporting purposes.
• Identify areas for optimization in BI systems and reports, ensuring performance is streamlined and data is delivered efficiently.
• Create clear and comprehensive documentation for reports, dashboards, custom calculations, and data models to ensure consistency and clarity across the team.
• Assist in the optimization of Power BI reports to enhance performance, improve load times, and reduce errors in visualizations.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data, maintaining attention to detail when working with large datasets.
• Contribute to the improvement of existing business intelligence systems, identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting technical improvements.
• Collaborate with BI Users to refine report designs, address issues, and suggest enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
• Support team members in managing data flow and system processes within the data warehouse, ensuring efficient data integration.

REQUIRED JOB KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE:

• Strong understanding of Data Science, Business Intelligence (BI), and Data Analytics.
• Experience transforming raw data into actionable business insights to support decision-making.
• Expertise in data integration, data warehousing, and data modeling techniques.
• Proficient with Microsoft BI tools such as Power Pivot, SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), and SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services).
• Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI and Tableau, including creating data-rich dashboards and reports.
• Skilled in writing custom DAX expressions for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong ability to visualize data using interactive charts, dashboards, and reports, making complex data more accessible.
• Proficient in SQL querying, database management, and performance optimization (e.g., creating views, stored procedures, and managing OLAP).
• Skilled with programming languages like R and Python for advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
• Solid knowledge of AI and Machine Learning techniques and their applications in predictive analytics and BI.
• Expertise in optimizing BI reports and databases for performance improvements, identifying and resolving performance issues.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems, analyze data, and derive actionable solutions.
• Solid experience in testing, debugging, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of BI reports and dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to effectively manage tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

1. Job Description

• Support and manage day-to-day digital payment operations to ensure smooth, secure, and compliant service delivery.
• Monitor digital payment transactions, settlement status, and service availability across assigned systems and channels.
• Prepare daily operational and MIS reports, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with concerned departments and branches for timely resolution.
• Support reconciliation activities related to digital payment transactions and settlements and ensure accuracy of reports and data.
• Perform operational support tasks including data extraction, validation, reconciliation, exception handling, and follow-up of pending or failed transactions.
• Maintain proper documentation, logs, and records related to operational issues, reconciliations, and resolutions in line with internal control requirements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new or enhanced digital payment products, including coordination for testing, defect reporting, and closure tracking.
• Assist in production rollout readiness and post-implementation support of digital payment products as approved by Management.
• Identify recurring operational issues, process automation, and support initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time.
• Coordinate with Information Communication and Technology (ICT), Digital Enabler (DE), Business Process Reengineering (BPR), vendors, and other stakeholders for issue resolution, system support, and operational continuity.
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives, including coordination with ICT/DE or vendors for workflow, RPA, or system enhancements, as applicable to the role.
• Ensure all operational activities are carried out in compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

2. Required Skills and Expertise

• Understanding of digital payment operations, transaction lifecycle, and settlement processes.
• Knowledge of operational reporting, reconciliation, and exception handling processes.
• Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Working knowledge of data extraction, validation, and basic MIS reporting.
• Basic understanding of digital transaction flows and API-based systems.
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts is preferred.
• Exposure to automation tools, RPA, or scripting (Python preferred) is an added advantage.
• Basic awareness of servers and network concepts.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Implement, monitor, and maintain security infrastructure, including firewalls, WAF, DLP, SIEM/SOAR, EDR, XDR solutions, IDS/IPS, Email gateway and endpoint security. 
• Design and integrate security controls into enterprise IT architectures and development processes. 
• Perform vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and incident response activities. 
• Secure banking applications, APIs, and digital platforms against cyber threats. 
• Monitor real-time threats, analyse logs, and respond to alerts. 
• Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies aligned with standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR and relevant banking regulations. 
• Work with IT, risk, and compliance teams to identify and resolve security gaps. 
• Support fraud prevention initiatives through relevant cybersecurity measures. 
• Prepare technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and whitepapers. 
• Emulate advanced threat actors to test an organization’s detection and response capabilities.
• Conduct social engineering, phishing, and physical security testing if required.

REQUIRED JOB KNOWLEDGE

• Solid understanding of network security/architecture, cryptography, and authentication protocols.
• Experience with SIEM platforms, API/Cloud security, and endpoint protection tools.
• Knowledge of digital forensics, evidence preservation, malware investigation, log correlation, and incident.
• Familiarity with banking-related regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Practical experience with VAPT tools, penetration testing, threat modelling, and incident response.
• Basic Linux, AIX, Unix knowledge for scripting and automation (such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell) is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CEH, CHFI, ISO 27001 Lead auditor/Lead Implementer, or equivalent advanced security certifications are highly preferred.

Job Profile:

• Examine and test gold items to determine purity, weight, and its authenticity
• Operate testing tools and equipment such as acid testing kits, electronic gold testers, and XRF machines.
• Accurately assess the value of gold items in line with prevailing market rates and Bank guidelines.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all testing and valuation activities.
• Ensure strict adherence to the Bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Safeguard gold items during handling, testing, and storage to prevent damage or loss.
