Mr. Dinesh Shankar Palikhe 

Director (Promoter Shareholder) 

Mr. Dinesh Shanker Palikhe, currently represents  promoter shareholder of the Bank and has been serving as a Member of Board of Directors since 27 June 2016. Currently, he is also the Coordinator of Employee Service Facility Committee of the Bank.   Mr. Palikhe holds a Masters’ degree in Management (MBA) from Tribhuvan University. He previously served as a Director of Business Universal Development Bank Ltd. from 10 February 2013 to 20 June 2016. With 29 years of experience in business and investment, Mr. Palikhe has been involved in hydropower, merchant banking, and investment management companies. Additionally, he is associated with the Nepal Cancer Relief Society, Rotary Club of Pokhara Annapurna, Lions Club of Pokhara Himalayan, and other prestigious organizations.   

Mr. Birendra Kumar Shah

Director (Promoter Shareholder)

Mr. Birendra Kumar Shah is a founding member of the Bank and has been serving as a member of the Board of Directors since 12 January 2025, having also previously served in this capacity from February 2017 to January 2021. He currently holds the position of Coordinator of the Audit Committee and serves as a member of the Risk Management Committee. Mr. Shah holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Tribhuvan University and brings 25 years of experience in Nepal's industrial and business landscape. He has served as a Director at Prestige Loop Mat Industries Pvt. Ltd. and D.B. Industries Pvt. Ltd., and as Managing Director of S.T.C. Fabric Pvt. Ltd. He also served as a Director at the former Everest Insurance Company Limited from 2000 to 2013. 

Mr. Ankit Kedia has been serving as a member of the Board of Directors since 29 January 2021, representing the public shareholder Leverage Holdings Pvt. Ltd. He currently serves as Coordinator of the Risk Management Committee and is a member of the Employee Service & Facility Committee. Mr. Kedia holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from James Cook University, Singapore, and has over 14 years of experience in Nepal's agricultural, industrial, and commercial sectors. He has served as Managing Director of Mahabir Overseas Pvt. Ltd., Leverage Holdings Pvt. Ltd., and Mahabir International Suppliers Pvt. Ltd., and represents Nepal as a Director at the Global Pulse Confederation, underscoring his commitment to international trade and commerce. 

Mr. Bhojan Aryal 

Director (Public Shareholder: Renual Investment Pvt. Ltd.) 

Mr. Bhojan Aryal has been serving as a member of the Board of Directors since 12 January 2025, representing the public shareholder Renual Investment Pvt. Ltd. He currently serves as Coordinator of the AML/CFT Committee. A Senior Chartered Accountant, Mr. Aryal is a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN), and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from Tribhuvan University.  With over 12 years of professional experience in financial management, internal controls, and corporate governance, Mr. Aryal is also the Proprietor of B. Aryal & Associates. He has held senior managerial roles in banks and financial institutions across Nepal and India, and has served as a member of the Industry Committee of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI). 

Mrs. Kamala Wagle

Independent Director

Mrs. Kamala Wagle was appointed as Independent Director of the Bank on 6 June 2025 and currently serves as a member of the AML/CFT Committee. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Tribhuvan University and brings over 21 years of distinguished professional experience, having served in various capacities at Everest Bank Limited. Her deep understanding of banking operations and financial governance strengthens the Board's independent oversight and advisory function.
