  • Funded interest subsidized loan under the interest subsidy scheme
  • Fixed term loan up to 5 years including a Moratorium Period up to 3 months.
  • Financing up to 70% of Project cost/Working capital requirement. (financing up to 90% with additional collateral)
  • Interest rate not exceeding 2% p.a. the premium on the base rate
  • Loan Processing fee: Nil
  • Prepayment charge: Nil
  • Insurance Cost: Only 25% of the premium amount to be borne by the applicant
  • Loan approval within 5 working days
