Video Banking for KYC Update (Mobile number and Email ID Only)

If your mobile number and email id have changed or not updated in the bank's records, you can update your mobile number and email id through Video Banking to avail the video banking services provided the bank.

Please note that this service is available only during business/transaction hour’s i.e. Sunday to Thursday (10 AM to 4 PM NST) & Friday (10 AM to 1 PM NST) except public holidays.

Process
  1. Click on the following link to schedule your Video Banking meeting (Click Here)
  2. Enter the desired email id, mobile number, name, preferred date and time for meeting (Nepali Standard Time), account number, and request details.
  3. Confirm the meeting date and time when bank's representative contacts you
  4. Open the link sent to your email id/SMS
  5. Provide Access to the Camera, Microphone and location in the device.
  6. Connect to the video call and complete your service request.
Requirement
  1. Printed application for Mobile number/Email id update (Click here)
  2. Original Identification Documents (Citizenship/Passport/National ID Card/Voter ID/PAN Card/Driver's License)
  3. Pen and Blank white paper
