The main features of Siddhartha iConnect are:

Balance Inquiry: You can check the account balance and print the account statement at your choice. |

Funds Transfer: You can transfer the funds from your own account to any other account maintained with any of the branches of Siddhartha Bank. |

Transaction History: You can view and check out past transactions even from the date of account opening. |

Cheque Inquiry: You can do better cash management by identifying which of the issued cheques are paid by the Bank or not. |

Access to Multiple accounts: You can access all your accounts under your customer ID for balance inquiry, fund transfer, accounts statement etc. |

Request for chequebook: You can send your request for chequebook and get it ready. You can collect your chequebook at your convenience. |

Stop Payment Request: You can issue instruction to stop payment of a particular cheque to the Bank for any reason so that your interest is protected. |

Message/ email: You can send message to your relationship manager for banking services and get the reply in a secure environment. |
Login to Your Account

You would receive two pin from the Bank
- Internet Banking User ID
- Login and Transaction password |

Key in the User ID and password on the website and press LOGIN |
| ▫ |
System will ask a new login and transaction password while on the first time login |
| ▫ |
You password must be atleast 6 characters |
| ▫ |
Your password are case sensitive and your internet banking account is locked in case of five wrong tries on entering user ID and password |
| ▫ |
You are advised to contact to our branch where you are maintaining the account if the internet bank account is locked. |

Change your password regularly |
| ▫ |
Ensure that you are not observed while entering your password |
| ▫ |
Do not use your name, name of your friends or relatives, date of birth, telephone number or address in your password |
